# Add Members and Set Access Rights in Toggl 2.0

### Invite team members

From `Members` in the side panel. Define whether they should be an admin, manager or user.

- Workspace Admin rights give full access
- Workspace Manager rights allow users to manage teams and projects, but can’t invite users or handle integrations
- Workspace Users can create, edit and delete tasks, time blocks and time entries. They can view projects
- Guest Users can edit their own tasks in projects they’re invited to. They can view general project info on projects they’re invited to and add notes

### Set up granural access rights

Under `Tool Settings → Access`. Define whether members with different roles can manage clients, tags and statuses:
