Alerts for Projectlead

Toggl Track users with the Project Lead role are currently unable to create alerts within Toggl. However, having access to alerts is critical for Project Leads to properly manage their projects. Monitoring hours and budgets is one of the core responsibilities of a Project Lead. It would therefore be very helpful to make alerts available for the Project Lead role as well.
