### Which product is this about? Toggl 2.0 ### Topic content Without being given a heads up, my Toggl got updated and deleted ALL my previous data. All the projects I have saved, all my tags, everything I spent time on organizing is GONE. Did this happen to anyone else? I’m too busy to start over from scratch, and also don’t remember all I organized. I had a system all set up. It’s also seemingly impossible to get customer service support. We have to post here to get help?? If my data can’t be restored, I’ll have to exit Toggl. ---

I lost everything. It shows on my phone app but cant get a detailed report - to bill clients - and everything on my account is gone. What… happened…?
