# App login problem

Hi all, I updated the TogglTrack app on my android mobile phone to latest version, now it doesn’t allow me to login, it is blocked on first page where it asks to signup or login or use google/apple auth, but if I press login (or signup) nothing happens, instead it should ask for credentials.
I tried to uninstall/reinstall but nothing. The phone mounts an android12, I know it is quite old but since the last TogglTrack app update, everything was ok.
Any suggestions?

Hi, I’ve done a web login using Chrome in my mobile phone and now the toggl track app correctly asks for credentials and allows me to login. Problem solved. Thanks a lot. Alex
