# Does Toggl charge visa surcharges?

I’m seeing multiple credit card entries each month now. One for the monthly and another for about 1% of the monthly.

Is this new?

Hi @SteveMontgomery, the only changes that would trigger charges would be if you are on a paid plan and add more seats to your subscription or if you upgrade to a higher-tier plan. With that said, I’m sending you a DM so we can look into this for you. I’ll need some details that are best discussed privately.
