Idea to tag/visualize time blocks with your Energy Level / Flow State. Was this activity something that depleted or energized you?

I think it would help visualize tasks that may be able to be delegated + the time you are currently investing into work that isn’t aligned with your energy. Especially for managers or entrepreneurs looking to outsource or delegate their work.
