Please add offline clock support to the browser extensions.

Scenarios: changing networks, travel, poor Internet connectivity.

Presently I am unable to stop or start a clock via the Chrome extension without Internet connectivity.

Workaround: Use the Android app to stop and start clocks. This is inconvenient.
