The **Guest** role is designed for external collaboration. Whether you are working with freelancers, consultants, or clients, Guests allow you to bring outside partners into your workflow without compromising the security of your workspace reports or data management.

## Setting Up a Guest

Before a Guest can contribute to a project, they must first be added to your **Workspace**.

### 1. Adding a Guest to the Workspace

Only **Organization Admins** can add Guests. This can be done via the Members Area underneath the Admin tab in the sidebar.

When inviting the user, select **Guest** from the role dropdown menu. Guests **do not** count toward your paid seat limit.

### 2. Adding a Guest to a Project

Once a Guest has been added to the Workspace, they won’t see any data until you explicitly invite them to a project.

1. Open the specific **Project** you want them to join.
2. Click the **Share** button (top right corner).
3. Search for the Guest’s name and click **Invite**.
