# How to cancel my Toggl 2.0 account and register for/use regular Toggl Track

When I last changed employer (early in August 2026), I accidentally registered to Toggl 2.0 instead of Toggl Track to keep track of my time across projects and use the weekly view of reports to fill out my timesheets with my employer.

As an individual, Toggl 2.0 has been a nightmare to use. And it seems that I now have reached the maximum number of time I could visualize reports, so I lost this essential function, unless I upgrade to a paying plan - which I don’t want to do seeing as I hate the Toggl 2.0 product, and Toggl Track was supposed to be free.

I’ve tried to log out of Toggl 2.0, and re-register to Toggl Track, but the system recognizes my email address with my new employer, so doesn’t allow me to register to Toggl Track (if it’s still possible), and forces me to log back into Toggl 2.0.

How can I basically start over and get access to Toggl Track, with my current work email address?

+1 give us a way to revert. I updated because I thought I didn’t have a choice and it would be better. But it is not.
