# How to get a Saved Report token?

I’m attempting to use the Saved Reports API endpoint but the docs are ambiguous about how to obtain a saved report token [Saved reports | Toggl Engineering](https://engineering.toggl.com/docs/reports/saved_reports/)

I’ve attempted to use the UUID from the Share URL but the API only returns 404 “report token not found” responses. I’ve tried various combinations, public, private. Is this endpoint functional or is their a functional way to obtain the saved report token?
