ever since the update I now get ‘idle time’ pop ups any time I’m reading a page for more than a few minutes or writing some notes (on paper) on a website.
this is really irritating as im not idle.
Can i turn this feature off?

Yes, you can — there’s an “Idle detection” setting under “⚙ General” in the extension settings.
