# Integration CLIKCUP / TOGGL Error

I have an error when i want to launch a time tracking from CLIKCUP. I have this message :
Whoops, an error has occurred!
Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘workspace\_id’)
Have you got any idea to fix this issue ?

Hello! Are you using our browser extension to start a timer within Clickup, or do you have an integration set up?
