# Intro to user roles and access rights

You can control who can view which data in your Organization and its workspaces by providing different users with different access to your data.

# Which user roles can be assigned?

In Toggl Track, there are six user access levels (roles):

- Members with [regular user](https://community.toggl.com/t/regular-user-role/107) rights

- [Project managers](https://community.toggl.com/t/project-manager-role/108)

- [Project Leads](https://community.toggl.com/t/project-lead-role/109) (available on Premium Plan only)

- [Team Leads](https://community.toggl.com/t/team-lead-role/110) (available on Premium Plan only)

- [Workspace admins](https://community.toggl.com/t/workspace-administrators/111)

- [Organization admins](https://community.toggl.com/t/organization-administrators/112)

When inviting members to an Organization, you can choose which Workspace to add them to and whether you want to make them a regular member or an administrator.
