# Is Timer down?

Hi, I am currently unable to use the timer. Tried on different browsers but to no avail. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Same problem here; the support says:

> We are in the process of looking into the issue and we’ll be sure to let you know when we have an update.

Same problem here.  
Also, my mail server says the support email domain does not exist.

Yes, the webapp was down for a bit, but it is back up and running now!
