# Login issues

Hi,  
Long time user here (plus 7years) suddenly i can’t login, i get the message: We couldn’t find a Toggl account with this email and password combination. Try again or reset password.  
I have tried to reset password, but never gets a reset email and i have checked my spam folder - what to do ? need to do my invoices asap.
