It takes several clicks to start timing a new task: - Add the task: Projects → Project → Add Task → Enter name, hit Enter - Go back to the timer and search for the new task Please make it easier to start timing a new task under a project, with similar ease of use as creating a new project. ---

Thanks for sharing this feedback. I understand the workflow feels a bit cumbersome when you want to create a new task and immediately start timing it. Currently, the process does require those steps you’ve outlined. While this isn’t something I can change directly, I appreciate you pointing out that creating and timing a new task could be more streamlined compared to creating a project.
