# Problem : Invoiced / Paid but still on Free Plan

Hello, I have been invoiced & paid for a paid plan 5 seats (3 members + 3 admin / onwer) but I remain on free plan without proper access big trouble accessing the solution now.

I understand this is frustrating. It sounds like there’s a mismatch between your payment and your plan activation in your workspace.

Since you’ve been invoiced and paid for a paid plan with 5 seats but your workspace is still showing as free, there appears to be a billing or account provisioning issue that needs to be looked into directly with your account.

The best course of action is to reach out to the Toggl team so they can verify your payment, confirm your plan upgrade, and ensure your workspace is properly activated with the correct number of seats and permissions for you and your team members.
