# Reports

Hi,  
in the free plan, i’m not able to see reports of other team members. i’m the Admin .  
until few weeks ago i was able to. now it says " Reporting on team data is available on [paid plans]." and the data is empty.

P.s there is no direct support from toggle? only the community?

Hi Roy! Team reporting is indeed a paid feature of the platform; it may be that you had a trial of our paid plans that included team reporting, and that trial has since ended.

Same issue here i don’t see anything anymore, everything is behind a paywall now.

That is not the case with the free plan; there was at least a view somewhere where you could see items you logged up to a year in the past. Now all of it is gone. This has nothing to do with the trial. I understand you want to convert more free users to paid users but the free tier has now essentially become useless. I can’t even export my data!

Now i have to sub for a month just to get my data extracted and move to somewhere else.

Funny how you can find a support email right after cancelling but not anywhere else.

Hi there!

Team reporting has been a paid plan feature for a very long time now, but as a user in a free plan, you can always report on your own time, and even export that data (from Reports as a PDF and from Settings \> Data Export \> Time Entries as a CSV). This has not changed with new reports either.

Do let us know if you have had a different experience, we’d be happy to investigate further.
