# Task upload not working?

I tried to upload a photo, tried putting in text, tried the prompt option - none of them were working this morning even with a clear list of information.

It worked once with a similar list, but then stopped working completely no matter what I tried and would just say " **Couldn’t recognize tasks"** or something like that.

has anyone been able to get things work?
