Hey Nico, welcome to Toggl!

Toggl Focus has a Team Timeline view where you can see all three of your schedules in one place, assign tasks to each other + get a clear picture of who’s working on what and when. You can create tasks and drag them onto a teammate’s swimlane directly from the timeline, which is the closest thing to assigning calendar events to each other. [More details here](https://community.toggl.com/t/toggl-focus-timeline-view/3135).
