# "Toggl Track Desktop App for Windows" not installing

I downloaded “Toggl Track Desktop App for Windows” to the download directory and ran the installer there. Two graphics are displayed alternating back and forth and then the install stops. The installation does not appear to have done anything. There does not appear to be a Toggl app installed after this. Any idea what I’m missing or doing wrong?
