# Toggle wont stop tracking

Toggle wont stop traking for me. the stop button is grayed out on the app. when I go online and press the stop button in track it gives me the error:

Error!  
workspace does not allow non-billable entries in billable projects

The tracker is now almost at 24 hrs?

can anyone help?

Hi! This means that the preferences in your workspace are setup so that you can not save (stop) a time entry if it is not marked as billable, as explained here: [Enforce Billable Time Tracking](https://community.toggl.com/t/enforce-billable-time-tracking/215)

To mark a time entry as billable, click the “$” icon next to the duration of the running timer. Then, edit the duration to reflect the correct time before stopping it.
