I love the timesheet view, but would really appreciate it if it also listed the dates instead of just days of the week!

I add my support for this as well. Adding the day of the month next to the day of the week, “Mon (11th)” would do very well. I use the timesheet to enter time into another system and it’s helpful to have that to make sure I’m looking at the correct week.
