A couple of my organization’s members’ names are not user friendly. When they accepted their invite, they must not have typed in their name. As the owner/admin of the organization, I’d like to change their name, and the help documentation says that I should be able to. However, I’m not able to because their name field is greyed out / not editable.

Can the individual member change their name?
Yes! They can head to this link (Toggl Track) and change their name there.
