A few weeks ago I have sent a chat message to Toggl hoping to get a student discount. However I haven’t heard back yet. Does the student discount still exist? Has anyone been able to obtain it?

I think your message got lost in the abyss. Could you try sending a chat message using the small chat bubble in track.toggl.com, after the information provided about discounts, select “I need more help” and provide this information:
- What type of work will you track using Toggl Track?
- Do you plan to track time alone or with a group of other students?
- Which features in the Starter plan do you need (Tasks, Billable rates, adding 5+ users, etc.)?
- Your account must be created with your official student email address.

Thank you for the reply. The chat bot in chat replied with the following:
We don’t have a set student discount, but we’re happy to consider your situation! To inquire about a discount, please contact our support team via chat or email.
But I believe I have managed to convince it to forward my message to someone on your team.
