Important notes

  • Toggl Track has a No refund policy. Unless the charge was due to a system error, we won’t be able to issue a refund. Read more about this in our Terms of Service.

  • Canceling the subscription works differently depending on the number of users in the organization:

    • With up to 5 users, the organization is downgraded to the Free plan.

    • With over five users, the organization is suspended. You can unsuspend it by lowering the number of active users to 5.

  • The switch to the Free plan (or suspension) is not instant. Since you paid for Toggl Track in advance, you’ll remain on the previous plan until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Paid plan features will not be available in your reports once a downgrade to the free plan is completed.

  • If you decide to stop using Toggl Track while on a free plan, your data will be automatically deleted after 6 months of inactivity. Please check our inactive account policy for more details.

Hello,

I was having trouble upgrading from free plan. Ben, a rep, assisted with the upgrade, BUT, he decided to initiate a subscription for Toggl Track. By the time I realized he did it, right after I entered my credit card, I requested to change it to Toggl 2.0. He stopped replying to my messages; not a single message was replied to after I urged him to cancel the subscription he initiated without properly asking about what I needed. I mentioned that the way he did it would cause a double billing one for Track and another for 2.0. He never replied back.

I need assistance switching the subscription from Track to 2.0. The main reason of my upgrade is because I use the multiple assignee to a task within a Project.

This was Ben’s last message.
You have a starter annual plan for 2 users on Track + a free 3-month trial of the starter plan in 2.0 ( after this trial ends, you should automatically move to the normal starter plan - there’s no difference in features between the trial and normal). If you have any issues at all with this, e.g. it downgrades you to free, just let us know and we’ll sort it out right away :folded_hands:
