Users of the organization can be added or removed from the Members page. Here, you can review active, inactive, and invited users. You can filter or search for specific users, see which workspace(s) they belong to, change their access rights, and edit or deactivate their accounts.
To edit an organization user’s billable rate, visit the Members tab, then filter for the workspace you wish to work on. The resulting screen will show the active users present in the workspace, with areas to enter and/or edit billable and labor rates. Alternately, if you are already in the workspace you wish to edit, simply click on the “Settings” tab in the sidebar, then on “Billable Rates” in the screen that appears.
