Hi Toggl Team,
I’d like to request a “View as Role” (or user impersonation mode) feature for Workspace Admins. This would allow an Admin to temporarily toggle their view to match what a regular Member or specific role sees across projects, tasks, and reports.
Why this is important to us:
We’re thrilled about Toggl 2.0, it’s looking super promising, and we’re actively evaluating it as the main tool to finally replace several other apps in our stack.
However, getting permissions and role visibility right is critical for us before we make the full switch. we are a small tema and work with freelancers often and need confidence that sensitive data (like billable rates and private project details) is hidden from standard members. And all necessary data is there for them
Having this control would give us 100% confidence in our setup and unlock our decision to fully migrate our studio to 2.0
