I can no longer create invoice under the download menu. It just offers pdf, csv, xlsx

Just last month I was able to create an invoice for November. This month I cannot do so for December.

  1. I select Invoices under Manage
  2. It takes me to my saved reports
  3. I click the Create Invoices from Reports button
  4. It takes me to reports
  5. I select last month
  6. It displays the totals for last month plus the graph
  7. I click on the download icon and there is no longer an option to create invoice
  8. Neither do I see create invoice anywhere on the report page.

I would be grateful for any help.

Please click on the button that’s just next to the export option, on the left-hand side. Invoicing now has its own button and is no longer available via the export option.

Similarly, shouldn’t I be able to open a saved report and generate an invoice from that report/page? Currently, it seems that I have to go to the general reports page and reset the filters there in order to generate a client specific invoice. Why isn’t the invoice button available in the saved reports? That seems to defeat the purpose of creating saved reports by each client. Am I missing something?
