Dear Toggl Team,
We are writing to you as users who rely on your approvals feature, particularly after your recent major update. While we appreciate the benefits of the new structured approvals, we have found that the workflow has become significantly more difficult and a “pain to use.”
The primary issue is the lack of a clear, comprehensive overview of each team member’s timesheet history. In the previous workflow, we could easily review all timesheets for an individual, which was essential for identifying:

Missed timesheet submissions from previous weeks.

Timesheets that were rejected and not yet addressed.
This historical overview was a crucial part of our process for maintaining accurate and complete records. The current system makes it very difficult to spot these issues, leading to more manual work and a less efficient approval process.
We strongly request a feature that provides a dedicated, “My Timesheets”-style overview for each team member. This would allow an approver to see a list of a team member’s timesheet history, including all past submissions, their status (submitted, approved, rejected, etc.), and any associated notes.
Thank you for your time and consideration. We believe this improvement would greatly enhance the user experience for all approvers and restore a key piece of functionality that we miss.
