My account and entries were deleted after 6 months - can I get these back?

Due to circumstances I couldn’t work for a while and thus I didn’t use Toggl for tracking my freelance worked hours. Now I’ve lost all my entries and my account doesn’t work in desktop anymore :frowning: can I get these back and working again?

I understand how frustrating that must be. Toggl Track has an inactive account policy that results in account deletion after a period of inactivity. Unfortunately, once an account and its time entries have been deleted under this policy, they cannot be recovered.

To prevent this from happening in the future, make sure to log in to your account periodically, even if you’re not actively tracking time. This will keep your account active and preserve your data.
