When I export a report to PDF, the formatting breaks after the first page. Page one looks correct, but every following page only fills about half the page before continuing onto the next page. This turns what should be a few pages into many more. Has anyone run into this or know what causes it?

Sorry you’re having this trouble. Could you list the columns on your report, I’m wondering if it’s being caused by too many of them and/or their specific width.

I’m using Date, Duration, and Description. The rows seem to format fine, but like I said it’s leaving half the page empty.
I just tried removing Description. And it fills the whole page. However, a report without any descriptions isn’t useful. Any tips for how to solve this?

I don’t see the chat history. I had to use incognito mode to get the chat to work and maybe that didn’t keep the cookie with the history in it? Will I get an email regarding my support ticket? Thanks!
