Reports = blank screen- no data

When I click on Reports, I go to a completely blank screen with zero data.

The button to select date range is grayed out and does not work.

I tried the restart solution–no change.

Reports is inoperable.

I see this has been an issue for a few days now–when will this be fixed please? Thank you.

Hi Ellen: Please try a hard refresh on your browser. This can be done (in Chrome, for instance) by using CTRL+F5 (Windows) or CMND+Shift+R on Mac
