Is it correct that I have to pay a separate subscription for each workspace / organization?
I don’t understand how I should pay several times for the same service.
ChatGPT seems to respond faster than Toggle or their community. Maybe I should also ask ChatGPT for a better solution than Toggle…
With Toggl Track, you pay a separate subscription per workspace (i.e. organization) per user.
This means that
- If you are in multiple workspaces (e.g. own company + customer), and both have a paid plan (e.g. Starter or Premium),
- then you have to pay separately for each of these workspaces - even if it is the same user account.
Example:
- You are in Workspace A and Workspace B.
- Both have the Starter plan.
- Then you pay twice a month for yourself - once for each workspace.
If you only work in one paid workspace and the other is free, you will of course only pay for the paid one.
