Toggl Focus has a Team Timeline view where you can see all three of your schedules in one place, assign tasks to each other + get a clear picture of who’s working on what and when. You can create tasks and drag them onto a teammate’s swimlane directly from the timeline, which is the closest thing to assigning calendar events to each other. More details here.
