Team member task visibility

Hi there,

I have just onboarded 4 team members to the Free version. After week 1 I can see how many hours they have each worked, but no visibility (from what I can tell) into the tasks they were working on or when they were working.

This used to be available in the Free version, is it no longer? Do I have to pay for the Starter now for every team member in order to see this?

Hi Zak! Are you looking to get team reporting in a single workspace (ie, your team has tracked time to your workspace and you’re trying to see that data)?

Hi there. Yes - I used to be able to see reports by team member (when they worked, what they worked on etc.), but now i can’t seem to find that. So either individually or a view that shows this for the whole team per week, per month etc.

At the moment it seems very limited, only showing how many hours each team member worked per week. Thanks.

I’m seeing that you should have access to full team reporting capabilities under the email address you shared previously. To get the report you want, I’d recommend checking into using our Summary Report option, specifically using the grouping options (Summary Report) to get a report output that works best for your needs. In addition to this, you should also have access to the My Reports tab, which gives immense power over creating custom report dashboards as well! Building Custom Reports with My Reports

Hi there I’m experiencing the same issue. Basically I’m able to see a rough outline on what my team did but just the total hours on the dashboard. The moment I click “View team activity” or “View reports” it shows that there’s nothing there. Org owner here, any help is appreciated.

Hi Ethan! If you’re specifically looking for reporting on team members’ time, just note that team reporting is a paid feature: Payment plans at Toggl Track

I upgraded that is why I can now see it, but it wasn’t clear to me before and it took 8 days to hear back from you, which is quite a long time.

I’d now like to apply for a nonprofit discount, now that I know it is a paid-only feature. How do I do that please?
