Toggl Focus is not stable recently

Hello,

Toggl Focus has been quite unstable recently, and I’ve encountered several issues. Please refer to the messages I previously posted in the Community. Here’s a suggestion: could you conduct proper testing before releasing new features? The system being so unstable really affects my mood and productivity at work.

Echoing this concern and frustration. It seems there have been a few updates since January that have been making the platform unstable and unusable. It is now March, and it’s gotten to the point that I may need to export all my data and leave this platform. It won’t let me edit tasks, click into the calendar/schedule, I’m having issues setting up MFA and a passkey, tasks are appearing and disappearing when I reload the page, the list goes on…. I started using Toggle back in 2022 and it was great up until the beginning of this calendar year (2026). I’m very bummed to be leaving Toggle but I think it’s the only viable option at this point.

Agreed - I have been locked out for over two weeks while a support ticket is being worked on and am struggling to get a resolution. Apparently the devs were “on a meetup”.

Client reporting/billing is impossible so I am going to have to make it up.

Crazy thing is they lost my plan and dropped me to free and I can’t even pay to get my paid plan back!
