Accounts settings not working

My account timezone and my current timezone where I am aren’t matching, which is why I’m getting some mismatches in the reports, but when I try to fix it as toggl suggests, accounts settings won’t open for me.

Hello! Yes I have tried that many times. The issue has persisted for weeks now, unfortunately.
