Toggl Windows app not syncing with web app

Starting Thursday, my Toggl Windows app stopped syncing time entries with the web app. I’ve tried adjusting proxy settings, but no luck. After exporting my data, I logged out and back into the Windows app, now it shows no time entries, projects, or tags, as if it’s a brand-new account.

All my data is still visible on the web app, so it’s clearly an issue with the desktop client.

Also, I can’t find an easy way to contact Toggl support directly.

  • I’ve also tried uninstalling and re-installing the app, did not fix it.
  • I’ve tried upgrading to premium, did not fix it.
  • On the IOS app all my data is there. So it’s definitely a problem with the windows app.

Hello everyone, I want to report I’ve found the issue. It’s because I changed my computer’s language to Arabic, which in turn changed the calendar from Georgian to Hijri. As soon as I changed the settings back to English (which changed the calendar back to Georgian) my time started syncing again.
