Starting Thursday, my Toggl Windows app stopped syncing time entries with the web app. I’ve tried adjusting proxy settings, but no luck. After exporting my data, I logged out and back into the Windows app, now it shows no time entries, projects, or tags, as if it’s a brand-new account.
All my data is still visible on the web app, so it’s clearly an issue with the desktop client.
Also, I can’t find an easy way to contact Toggl support directly.
- I’ve also tried uninstalling and re-installing the app, did not fix it.
- I’ve tried upgrading to premium, did not fix it.
- On the IOS app all my data is there. So it’s definitely a problem with the windows app.
