Add left (←) and right (→) arrow keys to the shortcuts menu for "Select previous/following period"

Hi!

I recently discovered that the left (←) and right (→) arrow keys can be used as shortcuts for “Select previous period” and “Select next period” on the web version of toggle track. It would be great if these were listed in the shortcuts section — I would’ve found them much sooner.
