Analytics does not take into account the split of time entries.
The time shown in the ANALYTICS of the actual day does not reflect the total time as measured in the TIMER. After some trials, the problem lies in splitting time entries. For some (not all) splits, the ANALYTICS does not take into account the new time entry. I checked the REPORT function, and the calculations in the reports are correct. So, there is only a malfunction in ANALYTICS.
These malfunctions started to occur on the 29th of January 2025. Still ongoing.
Example:
Yesterday (01.30.2025), the measured time was 8:55:31. In the ANALYTICS dashboard for this day, Toggl shows the total hours as 8:19:31 (I have set off all filters). The problem cannot be the rounding, as I have set it off. The time difference of 36 minutes is based on a one-time entry that analytics has not taken into account.
I have manually corrected several time entries by entering them into the TIMER and deleting the former entries.
Your Question/Topic: Is this a bug? Has anybody else had this malfunction and could fix it in Analytics?
