BambooHR integration for time out of office?

We want to use out of office tracking in Toggl Track (it must be enabled manually by the Toggl team).

Currently, our company uses BambooHR for requesting PTO / sick time, and managing remaining balances. In a perfect world, BambooHR would push the time-off entry to Toggl Track to automatically adjust the hours available during the work day.

The process documented for Toggl Track is very similar to what we already are doing in that other system, and we don’t want to duplicate process as that puts cognitive load on our team members. Is there an integration available for Toggl Track / Out of Office so that we don’t have to duplicate the process that already exists?

That’s a great use case, and I understand the appeal of avoiding duplicate data entry across systems. Unfortunately, there isn’t currently an integration between BambooHR and Toggl Track’s out of office feature that would automatically sync PTO and sick time entries.

Since Toggl Track does have out of office tracking available (which can be enabled by the Toggl team), you would currently need to manually log those time-off entries in Toggl Track separately from your BambooHR process.

Your suggestion about automating this sync between BambooHR and Toggl Track is a good idea that could improve workflow efficiency for teams using both systems. While I can’t promise a timeline, this kind of feedback about integration needs is valuable for the product team to consider.
