Auto tracker repeatedly prompts to start a timer for an active project

When using window titles to trigger the auto tracker, it prompts you to start a project even when the auto timer for that project is already running.

Steps to replicate

  1. Set up an auto-tracking rule for Netflix.
  2. Open the Netflix website.
  3. When the auto tracker pop-up appears, start the timer for the Netflix project.
  4. Switch to another app that does not have “Netflix” in the window title.
  5. Switch back to the Netflix website.
  6. Although the Netflix timer is already running, the pop-up appears again asking if you want to start it.

Expected behaviour

If the project triggered by the auto-tracking rule is already being tracked, the pop-up should not appear.
