I can’t log in to my existing account either on the app or the browser (my email and password haven’t changed). When I try to reset my password I don’t receive an email. I have tried multiple times, have searched email for anything from toggl and checked spam. Any help with this would be appreciated. Thank you.
Hi Adrian, Sorry for the trouble! Since you’ve already checked your spam folder, it’s possible that your email address might be on our bounce list, which could be preventing the verification email from reaching you.

Happy to receive a DM as well, my issue is that I always logged in with an emailadress that no longer exists and now I cant login anymore and I can also not adjust my role to be organization owner…
Hi Marie, I have the same problem – I also can’t log in with my e-mail and password. The problem here is also that I use an e-mail which no longer exists and so I can’t check my e-mails if I received a reset e-mail. I hope you can help me, thank you in advance! Melanie

I’m using the app and trying to login via the browser and asking to send me a code via email but nothing gets sent so I just choose to verify another time.
