Can't login - email not recognised - reset won't work?

Hi - last night Toggl required me to login again but it’s now saying my account email doesn’t exist. I’ve tried password reset and that doesn’t send any emails and I’ve checked spam.

The same issue with both accounts we have been using for years without a hitch.

Can anyone help resolve our situation please?

I have the exact same problem: I got logged out, and when trying to log in again: got the message: “We couldn’t find a Toggl account with this email and password combination. Try again or” but did not receive any emails (also not in the spam box) to reset my password. I’d be very happy if you could support - otherwise, I’ve been a great fan of Toggl for years!

I created a new account to try out the Toggl solution but have had a password issue and cannot reset the password and gain access to the original account as it won’t recognize the email. Is there a way to get password support?

Same here. I was trying to add 2FA every time it asked but it constantly did not deliver anything.

Now I’ve gone to log in and cannot get access. I cannot even reset my password. I know the details are correct as they’re saved in my password manager.

Any help will be gratefully received.
