Below is what my calendar looks like in Dark Mode in MS Edge. This is in Reports when I click the date selection at the top. I’ve asked about this in regular Toggle support, but they don’t seem to be doing anything about this. This looks fine in Chrome, but I use Edge most of the time. Any ideas when this will be fixed? I cannot see the dates, and it’s very annoying when I have to go back several months.
Thanks for reporting this. It sounds like you’re experiencing a display issue with the calendar date picker in Dark Mode specifically in Microsoft Edge, where the dates aren’t visible or are difficult to read.
Since this works fine in Chrome but not in Edge, this appears to be a browser-specific rendering issue with Dark Mode in your version of Edge. Here are a few things you could try:
First, you might try temporarily switching to Light Mode when you need to navigate the calendar in Reports, then switching back to Dark Mode afterward. While not ideal, this would at least let you navigate to past months more easily.
You could also try clearing your browser cache and cookies for Toggl, or checking if there are any Edge browser updates available, as this could potentially resolve rendering issues.
If the problem persists, this would be worth escalating as it seems to be an edge case (no pun intended) with how Dark Mode renders in that specific browser. The product team would want to know about browser-specific rendering problems like this so they can investigate further.
