Default to non billable when adding in the calendar view?

Hello,

is there a way to set a task added by hand in the calendar view to non billable by default?

Thanks for reaching out.

I believe you’re referring to adding Time Entries in the Timer page of the Toggl app. If that’s the case, your entries should be non-billable by default .

However, your entries might be attached to a billable project which is why they’re marked as billable. Try attaching them (or new entries you’re creating) to a non-billable project.

If you need them to be non-billable but attached to a billable project, you’ll need to unmark the $ icon (“Mark as non-billable) when creating the entry.
