Defect: export summary report does not contain revenue nor rate

Dear,

Being an early customer of Toggl and a supporter that has referred the product to others, I’m not happy with what’s happening with the reports in the new version.

We have an invoicing process that is dependant on the Excel exports (with macro’s) and have to see the whole process broken because of the changes. With the help of the chatbot we already found workarounds for a couple of things, but it’s generally more cumbersome then before. And that’s only using the legacy reports. Don’t know yet what the impact will be to switch to the new reports…

One thing that is really broken and I cannot find a way around is this:

Go to the Summary report

→ change the global settings to show rates

→ select a customer with multiple projects for which there are entries last month

→ select last month as the period

→ select columns as below:

→ group by projects, then members

→ FIY: rates are configured per user per project

Bug: the export to xlsx contains an empty column for the rate, and the revenue column is not present at all. See screenshot:

Can you look into that?

For this month I’ll have to manually copy paste data from the webpage to the excel before sending it to my client…

Best regards,

Diederik.

Hello Diederik! This should be fixed now and a quick browser refresh should do the trick.

Hi, the revenue problem is fixed indeed. Thanks.

The rate still does not show. But support reached out by email and said the team is working on that as well. So I guess that will be fixed soon as well.

Best regards,

Diederik.
