I have an incorrect entry that I want to edit or delete. Whatever I do it keeps showing up in my report and in my detailed dashboard.
**At first I tried to edit the entry in the timer - it would appear correct in the timer but the report did not update. I then deleted it from my timer - it’s now gone gone from calendar/list/timesheet views.
However it is still showing in my report, and in the detailed dashboard. I attempted to delete it from the detailed dashboard, and it disappeared for a moment but then came right back.
I am using the app in Chrome on a Macbook. I have tried logging out/logging in and clearing browser history for the past 24 hours.
I need to send my month-end report to the client. How can I fix this?
