Post Title: Reports Not Updating with new Time Entries
Your Question/Topic: We are adding new billable entries in the timer, but the Monthly reports are not including them. The timer totals for each week are correct, but when viewing the report, they do not align. I can confirm that the time entries are being saved across the web and mobile interface and the reports issue is consistent across platforms.
We also checked to make sure there were no syncing issue icons on any of the time entries.
We’ve never had this issue before until now. Is anyone else seeing this or know what a potential solution could be?
